The congress fee includes the participation at the business meetings on 12, 13 and 14 September with simultaneous translation in English, French and German, the accommodation 2 nights at the Bayerischer Hof Hotel and the dinners on 12, 13 and 14 September.

Payment and cancellation conditions
The fixed congress fee in a double room covers the participation of one person only in the business sessions and of two people in the dinners and welcome drink.
Payment of the full amount is required by 13th August 2001. If payment has not been made by this date, EADP reserves the right to cancel room reservations.
If cancellation is notified before 13th August 2001, a sum of 250 euros remains due. From 13th August 2001, half the full amount will be due. From 28th September 2001, the total amount will be due and no refunds will be made.
The operative date in each case is the date on which EADP receives the written cancellation.
