Payment and cancellation conditions
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. If not, EADP reserves the right to cancel room reservations.
If cancellation is notified before 23rd April 2002, a sum of 250 EUR remains due. From 23rd April 2002, half the full amount will be due. From 7th May 2002, the total amount will be due and no refunds will be made.
The operative date in each case is the date on which EADP receives the written cancellation.
