Payment and cancellation conditions
Payment of the full amount is required by 18th August 2003. If payment has not been made by this date, EADP reserves the right to cancel the requested rooms.
If cancellation is notified before 18th August 2003, a sum of 250 EUR remains due. From 18th August 2003, half the full amount will be due. From 5th September 2003, the total amount will be due and no refunds will be made.
The operative date in each case is the date on which EADP receives the written notification.
