Deadline for bookings 19.07.2002

Payment and cancellation conditions
Payment of the full amount is required by 16th August 2002. If payment has not been made by this date, EADP reserves the right to cancel room reservations.
If cancellation is notified before 16th August 2002, a sum of 250 EUR remains due. From 16th August 2002, half the full amount will be due. From 4th September 2002, the total amount will be due and no refunds will be made.
The operative date in each case is the date on which EADP receives the written cancellation.
