The price of an exhibition space is € 2950 for EADP members and € 3650 for non-members.
This price includes one participation in the business sessions.

You can also present your company in the congress hall itself. In between the speaker’s presentations during plenary sessions, we offer you the possibility to project a video spot of 120 seconds or a self animated Powerpoint presentation. This will give you the chance to draw the attention of the delegates to your exhibition space and your products. This opportunity is given to exhibitors only and the schedule will be allocated on a first come first served basis as the number of presentation-slots is limited.

The cost of a 2 minute "spot in the limelight" (video or Powerpoint) is € 295.
