Interactive Local Media 2004 Conference adds prestigious keynote speakers

The Kelsey Group has added Morgan Stanley's Internet analyst Mary Meeker and Yahoo!'s Senior Vice President for Search and Marketplace, Jeff Weiner, as keynote speakers at Interactive Local Media 2004 (ILM:04), taking place November 3-5 at the Hyatt Regency on the Hudson, Jersey City, New Jersey.

Ted Meisel, President, Overture, and Senior Vice President, of Yahoo! Inc., and and his Yahoo! colleague Jeff Weiner will deliver the conference's opening keynote addresses on Wednesday, November 3. Morgan Stanley's Meeker will address ILM:04 delegates on Friday, November 5. Among the other keynote speakers are Hearst Newspapers President George Irish, and Tribe.net Founder and CEO Mark Pincus, who will address the conference, along with 80 other panelists.

ILM:04 will offer a comprehensive view of the interactive local media marketplace. Sessions will focus on local search, Internet Yellow Pages, vertical directories, online classifieds and social networks, as well as new Kelsey Group research on consumer and small-business advertiser behavior.
