Over 400 executives from the directory industry are expected to attend 'The Kelsey Group's' annual Directory Driven Commerce (DDC2004) conference, July 21-23, at the Omni Hotel at CNN Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Entitled 'Reinventing the Yellow Pages: A Blueprint for Winning Market Share,' DDC2004 will focus on customer acquisition and retention strategies.
